Eurocap and Eurocork together form a dynamic, family-owned SME specialised in the production and sale of closures: cork stoppers, crown corks, wirehoods, lids and more. Our customers are in the beverage and food industries — from local breweries and distilleries to international bottling companies, winemakers, soft-drink producers and non-alcoholic beverage companies. They all have one thing in common: they rely on products that meet specification exactly and are delivered on time.

Your challenge

To support our growth we are looking for a motivated operator-printer. You are responsible for the day-to-day running of our printing machines and for the quality of every print that leaves our door.

Your responsibilities

Preparation & printing

• You make the printing plates.
• You mix inks and calibrate colours.
• You set up and operate the printing machines.

Process & quality

• You record and check the production process.
• You are responsible for first-line quality monitoring.
• In case of deviations you make adjustments and notify the production manager.

Maintenance, order & teamwork

• You are responsible for the day-to-day running and maintenance of the printing machines.
• Together with your colleagues you keep the production areas and the warehouse orderly and clean.
• You help your colleagues with the other production and warehousing tasks.

Your profile

• Print technique: You have knowledge of printing techniques (pad printing or other printing techniques).
• Education & experience: You preferably hold an A2 qualification (Belgian secondary technical education) in a relevant field (mechanics, electromechanics, printing, electrical engineering, …) or are equivalent through experience.
• Technical insight: You have a very good technical feel and are highly skilled with your hands.
• Collaboration: You can work both independently and in a team.
• Flexibility: You are stress-resistant and flexible.
• Safety: Safety is a top priority for you.
• Hygiene & accuracy: You work extremely cleanly and in a structured way. You understand that hygiene is of the utmost importance in our sector.
• IT: You can work with common IT applications.
• Language: You have a good working knowledge of Dutch or English.
